All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed and leave our home base within 1-3 business days via UPS ground or USPS.
Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for orders containing personalized items to ship!
UPS and USPS do not count the pickup day as a day in transit. This means 2-day, 3-day and overnight shipments may take one additional business day. GrrlPunch Magazine is not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.

To gain authorization for a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns require authorization by one of our Customer Service Representatives within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused. All order discrepancy claims must be made within the 10 days of delivery of goods!!
Also, please note, GrrlPunch Magazine is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so check that info twice. we also encourage you to handle your Grrl Gear with care, as damaged product caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not our responsibility.
Bracelets that have been personalized are not eligible for return or credits.
